Operation Security/OpSec (privacy)
Sergeant Super Suds does our best to keep your privacy protected, we use what is called a need to know basis. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our site, period. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not solicit any clients personal information.
Mission Layout (personal belonging removal)
This is a different type of layout. The important part of this layout is that you lay any of your personal items somewhere out other than your vehicle. Once you have scheduled your auto detailing service on the day of your service or prior to, please make sure to remove all your personal items from your vehicle prior to Sergeant Super Suds arrival. We ask that you stand by while we make sure all valuables are removed and vehicle is inspected once again.
Mission Hit Time (appointment time)
While we make every attempt to be punctual, we ask customers to please understand that each vehicle is different and can, at times, take longer or shorter than our estimated times. If this happens it could change our Mission Hit Time. We will make every effort to keep you updated, should any changes to your Mission Hit Time occur.
Mission Pre-Inspection (vehicle pre-inspection)
It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection. A second look when we are cleaning the vehicle or even after we begin our cleaning mission, can show us things we could with ou n’t see at first. While we are here to put our signature on our work, it is possible we miss things we didn’t want to. Should this happen, we will document and update you with what we find. By reading this and choosing to continue worth our services, you agree not to hold Sergeant Super Suds liable for such things.
Debris, dirt and other contaminates can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines, and other imperfections. Should a Sergeant Super Suds Soldier find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however, Sergeant Super Suds will not be held liable for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Sergeant Super Suds will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.
A.A.R. – After Action Review (your review)
For Sergeant Super Suds, this part is one of the most important parts of the process. Here we would appreciate you to review our Mission’s work. We ask that you take a look at your vehicle after it is finished. If we missed anything that was included in our service, please let us know so we can make it right! The other important aspect of this are reviews. We ask that you take the time to leave an honest review on one of the following platforms by leaving either a review on one of your personal platforms or one of our professional links below, our preference would be in this order. All comments and suggestions will be reviewed by the founder himself and the Sergeant Super Suds team.
Mission Funding (your deposit)
When scheduling your appointment, we require a $50 deposit to hold your date and time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must provide us with a 24 hours notice, failure to provide us with a 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. No exceptions.
FOB – Forward Operating Base (this is the location you need work done)
When it comes to mobile services, we do our best to meet the clients’ needs and expectations. With that being said, we cannot control the weather. Because we want you to have a great experience with us, if deemed appropriate, we will contact you to abort your Mission and reschedule as soon as we determine it necessary to do so. In addition, we ask that you show us power and water hook up such as a water spicket to connect a hose too. We can provide both waterless washes and we can also provide water for you, but these services will be an additional charge.
Pop-Smoke (Right to Refuse)
Sergeant Super Suds strives to have thick skin and maintain professionalism in an situation. However, if we feel a customer is becoming inappropriate, we have every right to and most likely will deny service to that individual. Next, we will pop-smoke and get out of there.
